My aunt boils her rigatoni like it says on the box, puts in a pan, layers with Velveeta Cheese and splashes of milk bakes in the oven at 350 for about 30-45 minutes, or until it has thickened a bit. It may take less time if you are using elbow mac though. This is really good stuff too! Happy Thanksgiving!
My mom has always made the BEST mac and cheese using Velveeta and it has bread crumbs on top so it’s extra yummy . . .
Baked Macaroni and Cheese
4 c cooked macaroni (2c uncooked)
2 tbsp butter, cut in pieces
1 lb. Velveeta
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp papper
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 c milk
Combine macaroni, butter, cheese and seasonings. Place in a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake 40-50 minutes @ 350 degrees. 6 servings.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper until combined. Stir in the process cheese and 1 1/2 cups of each Cheddar cheese.
Drain macaroni; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into greased 3-quart baking dish; top with remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.

The recipe is at the kraft site but you are better off using real cheddar cheese and make the dish from scratch. Velveeta is full of who knows what!

3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1/3 cup milk
2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
dash ground black pepper
MIX prepared cheese product and milk in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until smooth, stirring frequently.
STIR in macaroni and pepper. Spoon into 1-quart casserole.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 minutes.
This is for four serving. Double up the ingredients for more macaroni. This is the recipe but personally we prefer more Velveeta to make it cheesier.
