My grandmother made the best baked mac and cheese. I have tried so many different recipes on cooking websites and none were really that good. Any good ideas?

but i don’t have flour and all the ones i’ve looked at need flour. Is it a must for baked mac and cheese? If not what can i use to replace it with?

I recently found an amazing low-cal Baked Mac recipe and I love it!

My only wish is that the cheese flavor was a little… Cheesier.

The recipe uses Sharp Cheddar and I was wondering if anyone knew of another good, strong cheese that would go well if I did half of the Cheddar and half of a new cheese.

I am looking for a recipe for baked mac and cheese. I made it before and I remember using flour, onions, and I think velveeta cheese. Does anyone have a recipe with this stuff in it? thx!

• 10 ounces macaroni
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Provolone cheese
• 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions: Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the macaroni for about 8 to ten minutes until the desired tenderness is reached. I personally prefer my macaroni a little on the firm side, especially since we will be baking it. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a small baking pan. Mix the Cheddar, Provolone, Mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses together. Layer the cheese and pasta into the baking pan and pour the milk over the top. Top the dish with the breadcrumbs to add a little crunchy deliciousness. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (until golden brown). Remove the 4 Cheese Mac from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Plate up the Cheese Mac and enjoy!

I had to post this Cheese Mac video, not because it is a good recipe or interesting, but purely because it is hilarious.

It is only 27 seconds and it is just some lady talking about her Baked Mac and Cheese saying “It’s still bubblin’…..mmmmmm….yummmmmmy….haha”.

Needless to say that this lady is VERY excited about her Baked Mac and Cheese that she just pulled out of the oven. I guess I can’t blame her as Cheese Mac makes me excited too!

My favorite restaurant Macaroni Cheese Baked Recipe comes from Smith and Wollensky. Their Truffled Cheese Mac is amazing. Now, I do have to admit that about a 1/6 of the times I have had it, it didn’t live up to its name. However, when its on – it is ON.

I especially love it when I order the Cajun Filet. When the Filet comes, I put the Cheese Mac right on the plate and let the Cajun flavored oils seep right into the already disgustingly good Mac and Cheese.

I just recently found a post online that claims to be their recipe. I will be putting this recipe to the test very shortly and I will let you all know what I think!
