Cheese Mac – Cheese Macaroni Recipes

I am not really an experienced chef at all. I wanted to make white cheddar macaroni and cheese so I thought I would buy a box of Kraft and then just add more cheese to it. I want to try to keep it low fat but make it yummy!! Anyone have any ideas how to make mac and cheese like this? Thanks everyone.
