4 Cheese Mac and Cheese Recipe

This is a great fast and easy 4 Cheese Mac & Cheese Recipe. Ingredients:
- 10 ounces macaroni
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions: Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the macaroni for about 8 to ten minutes until the desired tenderness is reached. I personally prefer my macaroni a little on the firm side, especially since we will be baking it. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a small baking pan. Mix the Cheddar, Provolone, Mozzarella and Colby Jack cheeses together. Layer the cheese and pasta into the baking pan and pour the milk over the top. Top the dish with the breadcrumbs to add a little crunchy deliciousness. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes (until golden brown). Remove the 4 Cheese Mac from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Plate up the Cheese Mac and enjoy!
