I’m just sick of the boxed kind. And I want to be able to make it myself. What would I need to make it, type of cheeses, and such??? The bad thing is that I can’t possibly bake it in the oven since it is broken. I guess I’d have to use the burners only. I have a bunch of those mac and cheese boxes, but for some reason they never come out as good and creamy as most mac and cheeses that I’ve eaten before. I have the powder cheese and also the regular creamy cheese. HELP?
