I left a comment on her page and she ended up contacting me back, which I think is great. She posted a link to her YouTube video of her making Mac and Cheese on TV and I thought it would be cool to feature it here.

Her company “provides services such as food product concept architecture, recipe development, food writing, and food trend tracking and analysis”.
