I’m just sick of the boxed kind. And I want to be able to make it myself. What would I need to make it, type of cheeses, and such??? The bad thing is that I can’t possibly bake it in the oven since it is broken. I guess I’d have to use the burners only. Hi! At my son’s school I will deliberately go in for their mac and cheese. It is so rich and creamy. They call it “Land O’Lakes” mac and cheese. How can I make rich and creamy mac and cheese like my son’ school? Do I have to put an egg in it? Do I have to use butter and heavy cream? Do I have to use Velveeta cheese?
