I’m just sick of the boxed kind. And I want to be able to make it myself. What would I need to make it, type of cheeses, and such??? The bad thing is that I can’t possibly bake it in the oven since it is broken. I guess I’d have to use the burners only. I would love a recipe that didn’t require boiling the noodles before adding them to the casserole. I have tried that with lasagna and it worked great. However, I am a little nervous about trying that with mac & cheese as there isn’t as much sauce like there is in lasagna. Thanks for any help.
