I’ve opened up a Cup Of Noodles that was a couple months past its date and it had this weird web in it. That happened a while ago but today I opened a week expired Mac and Cheese and when I opened the box to put in in the boiling water I saw a month inside….wtf?

I would love a recipe that didn’t require boiling the noodles before adding them to the casserole. I have tried that with lasagna and it worked great. However, I am a little nervous about trying that with mac & cheese as there isn’t as much sauce like there is in lasagna. Thanks for any help.
